Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print our prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
